Hi, I’m Ash Blackwater, and I write about leadership, coaching, and tabletop RPGs because nobody warned me how often those things would overlap. I’ve been the guy people turn to when the boss disappears, the deadline vanishes, or the party’s bard is drunk in a swamp again. I’ve led warehouse teams, trained delivery drivers, coached cyclists through grueling races, and run more than a few D&D games that felt like HR training with dice.
